Jim Webster joined Ray Angelini, Inc. (RAI) in 2000 as a division manager.
Jim came to RAI with an impressive 30 years of experience gained working for United States Steel Corporation, Pittsburgh, PA; Lukens Steel Company, Coatesville, PA; Philips Services, Pittsburgh, PA; Molten Metal Technology, Inc., Waltham, MA; and SAB Engineering & Construction Co., Inc., Media, PA.
Jim specializes in electrical construction management within various industry niches, including chemicals, petroleum, hazardous waste processing, mass transit, communications, and heavy industry.
Some highlights of Jim’s exceptional career include: SEPTA Market Street Elevated Renovation Project, a large project—new installations of double ended 13.8KV substations, cable feeds from a 15KV Switchboard, lighting, fire alarm systems, communications, secondary power—completed on-time, within budget, working closely with engineers, SEPTA and numerous prime contractors; and Oak Ridge, TN waste treatment plants where Jim was responsible for design, procurement, installation and commissioning of six hazardous waste treatment plants to treat radioactive hazardous gas waste—a one-of-a kind, technically challenging facility completed in two and a half years, ahead of schedule.
With 40 years of project and construction management experience, Jim has the ability to provide direction and leadership in complex projects while interacting with engineers, architects, consultants, construction managers, contractors, and owners.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a member the Association of Iron and Steel Engineers and the Engineering Society of Western Pennsylvania.
Jim lives in Washington Township, NJ, with Susan, his wife.
